AI mesh → Unity

AI-made meshes come out heavy, messy and unrigged. These three desktop tools finish them for a game: cut and repair, slim to a triangle budget, build detail levels, rig humanoids, and hand it all to Unity ready to drop in.

Runs Windows, with BlenderIn GLB, OBJ, FBX and moreOut Unity-ready GLB and FBX

PropBench

The finishing bench

Drop in an AI export and finish it without becoming a Blender expert.

  • Opens GLB, GLTF, OBJ, FBX, PLY and STL, with a health check
  • Move, rotate, scale, snap to the ground and set the pivot
  • Plane and box cuts, split into parts, remove floating bits
  • Repair, and rebuild to a triangle budget
  • Boolean subtract
  • Unity pack export: a GLB plus pivot, budget and a suggested collider
LODForge

Detail levels, done for you

Drop in a prop or a whole folder of them.

  • Builds LOD0, LOD1 and LOD2, with textures and an HDRP mask map
  • Hero, prop and background presets, and a foliage mode
  • Preview each level before you export
  • A Unity importer turns the output into LOD group prefabs, for HDRP, URP or Built-in
AutoRig

Humanoids, rigged

Drop in an unrigged humanoid in a T-pose and get back a rigged FBX ready for Unity’s Humanoid setup.

  • Checks the T-pose, fits a Rigify skeleton and paints weights
  • Leaves out face or finger bones if you don’t need them
  • Renders test poses so you can check the rig before Unity
  • Slims the mesh, with textures and an HDRP mask map

Coming soon

All three are in use for my own games. Before they’re shared they need a licence, setup guides and some sanding down of the rough edges: rigging tails and faces isn’t reliable yet.

Requirements

  • Windows
  • Python 3.12
  • Blender (4.0 to 4.2, or 5.2), which does the heavy lifting in the background
  • Unity, for the importer
