Deepcut is a Beat Saber mapper built like a chess engine. It knows every legal move of an arm holding a saber, then searches for the best line through your song. Every cube can be swung.
Rules, not imitation
Most automappers copy what other maps tend to do. Deepcut doesn't guess: it plays by the rules of a real arm, the way a chess engine plays by the rules of chess.
It hears your song
Deepcut separates the track into stems and finds the song's own beats, even when the tempo drifts.
It knows the legal moves
Every cube is checked against laws of the body: swing direction, reach, time to swing, and no blocked swings or cramped hands.
It plans ahead
It looks several notes ahead so a hand never gets cornered. A map that breaks a law is never written.

Deepcut maps it
Deepcut generates a full v4 map: notes, arcs, chains, bombs, walls and lights. Every map passes its automatic checks before it's sent.

You get a private zip with the map only, by email. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Add your song with Add Your Song and play.

What you're buying
- Generated by Deepcut. Notes, walls and lights are generated by Deepcut, not placed by hand.
- Checked tiers. Deepcut's Easy, Normal and Hard rules were tuned and checked in real play. Expert and Expert+ have passed Deepcut's rule checks only, so far. Every map passes Deepcut's automatic checks before it's sent; your map itself isn't played by a person first.
- Map only, no music. Your zip never contains the song. You add your own copy of the file you uploaded.
- Your rights. You confirm you own the audio or have the rights to use it before ordering.
- Revisions. One revision if Easy, Normal or Hard breaks flow in play. No revisions for "I wanted a different style."
- BeatSaver. We never post your map anywhere. If you want it on BeatSaver, you upload it yourself: only with audio you have the rights to share, and you declare that the notes were generated by a tool (Deepcut), as BeatSaver's rules require. AI-made songs also need BeatSaver's AI-generated genre.

FAQ
Is this an AI mapper?
No trained model is involved. Notes, walls and lights are generated by Deepcut, a rules engine: it applies written rules about how an arm moves, then searches for the best playable line, the way a chess engine works. It doesn't copy other maps.
Is it a full v4 map?
Yes. Every map uses Beat Saber's current v4 format: v4 Info, beatmap, lightshow and audio data files. Each difficulty has notes, arcs, bombs and walls, with chains from Normal up, and the v4 audio data follows your song's own beats. It plays in a current version of Beat Saber on PC with no mods; game versions from before v4 maps can't load it.
What songs can I request?
Any song you own or have the rights to use. Upload the audio file itself; links to streaming services can't be accepted. Deepcut finds the song's own beats, even when the tempo drifts. If it can't build a clean map, you're refunded.
Why isn't the song in my download?
Because the music isn't ours to hand out. Your zip has the map, the lights and the cover. Open Add Your Song, drop in the zip and the same file you uploaded, and it lines your song up with the notes, converts it and hands back a zip ready to play. It runs in your browser, so your song is never uploaded.
Does it work on Quest?
On a Quest connected to your PC (Link or Air Link), yes: that's PC VR, and no mods are needed. A standalone Quest needs a modded game to load any custom map, and we haven't tested one yet, so it isn't promised.
How long will it take?
Deepcut builds a map in minutes, and orders are built automatically once your payment goes through. Your map is emailed to you as soon as it's ready. Now and then a song needs a closer look by hand (an unclear tempo, for example); that takes longer, and we'll email you. If an email hasn't shown up, check your spam or junk folder first, and mark it "not spam" so the next one reaches you.
What if a difficulty plays badly?
One free revision if Easy, Normal or Hard breaks flow. For Expert or Expert+, a second pass after real play is $10, or free once if you send your play feedback. No revisions for "I wanted a different style."
Can my map go on BeatSaver?
Yes, if you upload it yourself. We never post maps anywhere, and your download doesn't contain the song. A BeatSaver upload includes the audio, so only share it if you have the rights to distribute that audio. You also need to declare that the notes were generated by a tool (Deepcut), as BeatSaver's rules require, and maps of AI-made songs need the AI-generated genre.
